Invoicing Schedule & Payments
We do require that our mowing and lawn maintenance customers fill out our secure 3rd-party credit card authorization form and services are billed the week after they are performed. For one-time landscape jobs, we offer payment by check, credit card, or ACH.

Policies & Procedures
Weather Delayed Appointments
In the event weather prevents our crews from working, scheduled appointments will be rescheduled for the following day or next available weather permitting work day. If the rescheduled time creates a conflict for you, please contact management immediately to arrange a new appointment.
Invoicing Schedule & Payments
Agreement of service will begin on an arranged day of the month. Invoices for the work performed will be sent via email on the 1st of the month following services rendered. Payments are allowed a due date of net 15 days after the post marked date on the invoice. If there is a dispute or inability to pay the invoice, please contact the management team to seek available options. Payments can be accepted in full, either online through the available link on the invoice or with a check mailed to Clearfork Lawn Care at 3310 Lackland Road Fort Worth, TX 76116.
We understand that you utilize your yard space for a variety of activities. We kindly ask on the day of your appointment that all personal items (i.e. toys, lawn equipment, hoses, bikes, obstructing furniture, etc.) are out of the way and the yard is cleared for lawn service. This policy also includes ensuring the property is clear of pet refuse and securing any household pet in a safe, locked area while the crew is completing your service.
In the unlikely event damage is done to your property, we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the damage and offer a plan of action to remedy the damage. With your cooperation, we will make the repair or coordinate the repair at no cost to you.
Complaints and/or Concerns of Service
As previously stated, communication is the key to any successful relationship. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided by Clearfork Lawn Care, we ask that you reach out to our management team immediately. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we welcome all feedback that will help us provide you with the best service possible.

We, including our management team and all employees, will abide by the laws and regulations governing Personal Information privacy, as well as follow our internal guidelines and rules on business ethics and legal compliance. We will ensure your Personal Information is secure, and make every effort to meet our customers trust and confidence in matters related to Personal Information privacy. At Clearfork Lawn Care we make it a top priority to properly store and secure our customer’s personal information, by providing a secured locked area and filing system to which only Management has access. to, as well able to handle any documentation. Customer information is not sold or traded and is only used for account purposes.
Protection of Personal Information Privacy
We respect any person’s right to his or her Personal Information. Upon receiving a relevant request, we will revise or delete any Personal Information of its proprietor that we may retain, in a commercially appropriate and reasonable manner.
We will set and follow internal rules and regulations on how we protect, by way of safeguard mechanisms, against any unlawful access to, damage, loss or destruction to, or unauthorized disclosure of any Personal Information in our offices and systems.
